Client Director, RPO, Talent Acquisition
Your new role
As a Onsite Client Director, you’re empowered to have a strategic level working partnership with the clients at a Senior level to deliver the contracted service. With access to market-leading tools and resources, and by working with diverse high calibre customers, you’ll be encouraged to continuously seek new and better solutions in:
 
  • Accountable for overall delivery of service to the client
  • Accountable for design and delivery of service delivery account plan in line with client, sector and SD overall
  • Accountable for financial management including P&L, forecasting, contract changes and cost base to deliver/exceed budgeted profit
  • Accountable for delivery of continuous improvement and innovation to the client
  • Accountable for stakeholder engagement and facilitation as per contact plan of introductions for new sales opportunities – core stakeholders client sponsor, procurement director, HR director, senior BPs, Heads of business, C level potential
  • Accountable for management of formal client management – monthly meetings with core stakeholders to ensure SLA and contract commitments are delivered. Responsible for input to quarterly and annual
  • Responsible for identification of sales opportunities (spotting business or when clients come with an opportunity) to maximise revenue and profit through current business or introduction of new products.
  • Contributing to Relationship Management overall strategy
  • 2nd line escalation resolution for client
  • Negotiation with clients regarding contractual terms and conditions
  • Direct and indirect management of a team within client facing to deliver the contracted service.
  • Management of direct reports, Performance and Career Trackers, development and training and coaching

  • Proven experience of operating at a senior level within a client services environment including board level exposure
  • Contractual negotiations including commercial, contract and employment legislation
  • Budgetary management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build successful long-term partnerships
  • Proactive and with passion to succeed, you take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines and a fast-paced environment
