A multinational recruitment firm is expanding and on the look out for a Training Partner to join their diverse team. This is a very exciting time to join the firm as over the past two years they have opened new offices around the world, expanded into new sector and entered into a major strategic business alignment.
Your new role
As a Training Partner, you will be responsible for the delivery, management, and enhancement of the training programs and tools to ensure that training audiences develop the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to be impactful in their roles.
Duties:
- Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation: Partners with Business Units and Training leadership to identify needs and individual/group performance gaps that need training and performance intervention
- Creating and delivering training programs
- Tracks participants attendance and compiles reports for senior management
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of training programs
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-4 years prior experience as a trainer
- Qualification in Coaching or Education preferred
- Previous experience in creating and delivering training programs on CRM and other in-house tools
- Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
