Service Desk Engineer Riyadh 20k SAR Due to Saudisation must be KSA national

Your new role
  • You will be responsible for being the primary communications interface between the customer and the assigned support department for all Level 1 – 4 services and support.
  • You will be responsible for the day to day management of this Service Desk as well
  • You will coordinate and manage incidents, problems, change and requests, along with urgent and complicated support issues

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years of Support or Service Desk experience
  • HW & SW engineering management and support skills
  • Prior exp. in ticket management of Incidents, Problems, Changes and New Requests
  • Strong exp. in escalating to second/third line support teams, inform senior management teams of Ppriority1/Ppriority2 incidents
  • Due to Saudisation this candidate must be a KSA national
