Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be involved in the entire transaction process including deal sourcing, analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and execution.

Requirements:

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund
• MBA / CFA preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh
